Ecorkhotel, Évora - Suites & Spa is the most recent 4 star hotel in the Évora district. This eco-hotel has 56 private suites with 70m2 each, surrounded by centenary olive trees, holm trees and cork trees. It features a modern design and a contemporary and relaxing ambiance, inserted in Alentejo's landscape.

New concept

Being a 100% natural product, cork is the most important element in the main building, as well as the envolving landscape. Ecorkhotel uses cork as its coating, becoming one of the rare examples of buildings in the world who have this feature and the first to do so in the hospitality sector.

architectural design

it uses geothermal energy to heat the main building and swimming pools and solar panels to heat the water used throughout he hotel and both swimming pools.

suites

Using cork in the exterior part of the building, works as a thermic and acoustic isolator and allows for an exceptional energetic efficiency as well as a natural touch to the building itself. The hotel was planned and built having maximum energetic efficiency in mind.

At the 'Cardo' restaurant overlooking the Alentejo region in a peaceful and exquisite environment, you can find a menu of Mediterranean flavors and traditional Portuguese cuisine, which will allow you to enjoy a unique experience eno-gastronomic.

We invite you to enjoy treatment rooms, indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym, equipped with the most modern equipment.

The Ecorkspa has five treatment rooms. It also features a relaxation room with a cromotherapy device.
